I'm extremely pleased with the sturdiness of this laptop case. It provides excellent protection for a very expensive investment. It also has room to store cords, mouse, pad, other things. I wasn't looking for cute, I was looking for quality. Went back and bought my daughter one also that travels with hers to college, perfect!

A good product to carry and protect the 13" Apple ProMac. The friend in college I bought it for thought it was too expensive and heavy. But I talked her into trying it. I think she found it to be just the right combination of protection, size, functionality and weight. The power cords that you almost always carry with the laptop are what weighs in with the entire system. Even the smaller laptops with accessories added end up 2-4 times the actual laptop weight. Remember that. This Thule doesn't weigh much, but it is strong and rugged enough to hold 5-10lbs. You don't have to worry about dropping, bumping or tossing it if you find yourself slipping on ice. That's what I told her and she loves it.

I ride motorcycles. I do lots of long (5,000 mile plus) trips and often blog those trips. I also use Evernote for everything. So I was looking for something that was durable and convenient to carry my MacBook Pro 13", my iPad and a few small items on the motorcycle. This case fit the bill. In fact, I like it so much I've started using it all the time, even when I'm not on the bike. Make no mistake -- this is not a roomy case, but; it is set up so well -- especially with the "wide" bottom for holding cables and such -- that unless you wish to include a kitchen sink, you'll find room for everything you need. It's sturdy, looks great, provides all the protection one could want and, as Henry Ford said, you can get it in any color you want as long as it's black. (Hey, I ride motorcycles -- black is mandatory.) It fits the 13" MacBook perfectly and slides into the small bags on a cycle with room to spare. The iPad pocket is protective and well placed. I especially like the velcro strap that secures that pocket. I love this case.

I had purchased the Thule Attache case for my Apple Macbook in 2015 and still use the case today. It is incredibly lightweight and I am known to be rather rough with my equipment and my Macbook as not seen a scratch since the day I bought, due to the use of this case. The case is rather thin and you need a case to store multiple files and folders, I do not suggest this case, but for my purchases of protecting my Macbook and carrying the essentials, phone/passport/wallet, this case has the pockets and space necessary for that.

I purchased this for use with my Microsoft Surface Book, but it ended up being too small. I returned it for the 15 inch version of the exact same case. Love this case and Thule products overall. Very protective, but light.

Thule Gauntlet 4 Attaché Briefcase I appreciate a durability, protection, and versatility. I find it to be a great investment for their laptop and other belongings. However, mayby issues with the zippers, such as them being stiff or getting stuck

I saw this case when I was shopping for other accessories for my new MacBook Pro 13in. I decided to get it since I was thinking of traveling (flying) with the computer. It worked out great. I was able to fit the computer, charger, mouse, portable HD, disc drive, cables & several other small items. It was packed. It held up great and I didn't worry about it getting bumped around as I was dragging it through the airport etc. it's relatively lightweight for the protection it offers. I like that you can open the case & use the computer without removing it from the case. Highly recommend.

Great heavy duty case for my Mac air. It protects it well and I like how I have space to put my plugs and mouse in it.
