This works great and its not ugly. Unzipped when hardwired works just fine without the hole cut outs for ports. I gave up trying to keep the cats off so this works great.. Doesn't even scratch which is awesome

I asked the store associates to recommend which case would provide a good balance of affordability, lightweight protection and professional appearance. They immediately reached for the Thule case. The MacBook sits in the case while you are using it. Other cases I looked at required removal of the MacBook from the case to use it. Very well made and stylish too.

Great protection for Ultrabook

This was just the right size and i was impressed by the degree of protection it offered. I realize it is intended for a Macbook but it met my needs for protecting a multi thousand dollar investment in the ultrabook. I do wish it had an outside pocket for the power adapter and dongles.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I carry my Macbook Pro in a bookbag but it wasn't protected from the other stuff in there- textbooks, keys, etc. Also, sometimes I didn't want to carry my bookbag but I wanted the Macbook Pro with me. This case fit perfectly and is a lot lighter to carry than my bookbag.
