advertised calls for a 13” Mac Book Pro Thule hard case, as it is, specifically designed; Unfortunately, this special case did Not fit my 13” Max Boock Pro, not sure if I have a defected case or I’m just too big for y’all.

I tried two times to purchase a Thule sleeve to fit my new computer and neither fit....both were returned because they were too small. I did end up buying one but I had to go a size larger than recommended

The inside is lined and padded so your computer won't be scratched. Theres a strap inside to further secure your laptop. Its also large enough to fit your laptop with a hard case on if you're worried about having to take it off. 10 out of 10 would buy again.

Poor quality and bad fitment....lost the receipt so not sure if I can return it.it's just been sitting here on my nightstand.

I bought this roughly 7 years ago when I bought the then newly released 1st Gen iPad Pro 12.9 for my freshman year of college. I still use this years later for my newer iPad Pros, and my 2017 MacBook 12-in. It has held up GREAT over the years. The zippers still zip like new, the tabs haven't broken off the zippers, and the elastic on the inside hasn't lost its strength

its a no good item nothing else too say about this item the apple laptop is what I want I enjoy it

This case was too small for my 13 inch, its too tight and I struggled trying to put the case on. I do not use at all.

Great looking case,, does not fit my 13 inch MacBook Air. It does say for the pro.... But should it not fit a 13 inch unit . Oh well returned it

Did not fit,returned item back to store,twice. Bought entirely different sleeve that actually fit my laptop.

This one does not fit the size it says its a bit reduced and your finger prints stay on it.

Absolutely love this sleeve. In most cases, laptop sleeves are a simple, mildly padded sleeve. Not the Gauntlet. Rugged and protective on the outside and soft on the inside . I had purchased one for my daughter's laptop a while back and when it came to me needing a case/sleeve I knew exactly which one to trust.

very disappointed... i bought after employee there told me it would fit my sons macbook, and my son said it didn't fit...

The management team at the Braintree, Ma location don’t understand the concept of good customer service.

I was told by sales associate that this case would fit my new Surface Laptop/Tablet but it did not.

Even though it says it can hold a laptop or tablet that is 13.3", it cannot. It will not close.

Had to return I because the description didn’t match the product.

The case has a Rubber hardshell and really protects the MacBook. I put my laptop on top of it and use it like a computer tray/table because it allows the computer to breath and not heat up. I could use it as a clamshell and not take the laptop out but fear it heating up.

Not the right size as PROMISED by the sales associate! Christmas gift, BUMMER!!!!

This is exactly what I am looking for and does not come in the size I need.

Did not fit my Mac book pro. I don't think I bought the wrong size.
