Sturdy Lightweight MacBook Pro case

I use it with a lightweight day bag when traveling and it's slim design allows me to carry my 15" pro with little issues. The only downside is that the elastic bands holding the front and back of the case together bend inward when closing and block the USB /power port when open. The design implies that you should be able to use the computer in the case, but the elastic bands that keep the back and front together interfere with the impulse to use it this way if you have any peripheral devices or cables you wish to have plugged in. Also when closing the case the bands bend inward often between the screen and the body, preventing you from closing it without moving them out of the way. Does that mean you shouldn't get this case? No. It's rugged and aesthetically pleasing. However, there is room for improvement (at least for my needs).

Other than the straps getting in the way, the product really does protect my computer. Once you figure out the strap issue, it will work great. I just removed my straps.

Great Protection for my MacBook Pro

The inside has a nice padded foam. I park my computer in the case when not in use and still looks new.
