Okay, so it covers my Surface Book. The little nylon hinge straps get in the way when attempting to zip it up. There are no straps by which to carry the case, leading you to hold it like book....hmmmm. Otherwise, it's a cover! The outside material is tough and protective, and the quality overall is pretty good. $50 good? Not in my opinion.

Case is a little bulky, but very hard and protects gadgets well. Wish it had a few pockets for accessories.

I love this case! It was originally made for a MacBook but it works perfect for my Microsoft Surface. There isn’t a day that I don’t appreciate this great buy! I’ve always got friends and classmates in uni asking me where I got this beautiful case. I laugh and point them straight to Best Buy!

Just right for XPS 13. Fits good and secure. Good option for protection much better protection than a neoprene sleeve.

the case i got for my apple book is a hard shell case and has a strap inside to hold your laptop in case you drop it. Great for apples.

Bought this on a deal of the day hoping that my 15.6" MSI GS66 Stealth would fit in it. It does not. I would definitely keep it if it was the right size, it is very sturdy and is the kind of quality you'd expect from THULE. I'd take one star off for the strap design though, if the straps get between your keyboard and screen when you close the lid on your computer, you will most likely destroy the screen. Always make sure you close your computer first before trying to close the THULE case and zipping it up. THULE should have made this in a sleeve design rather than a clamshell with fixed straps. Running your computer while it is sitting in the case (like it is designed to do) when the case is unzipped might restrict airflow needed for cooling your computer and it would probably be a better idea to put the laptop on a hard surface without the THULE.

This case provides a safe way to carry our laptop with us. It is well constructed and very straightforward in design.

This case works perfectly with my HP Spectre - durable and waterproof and with just enough extra room for my digital pen, too. Looks good enough for me to carry it into a meeting just as it is, yet tough enough to protect my laptop during a rain-soaked commute, complete with jostling in & out of the train.

This was recommended by a Best Buy associate for a little sturdier protection over the plastic cases that were available. I have to agree. I have dropped it from a height of 2 feet (by accident) and it landed on the edge. No damage which I probably wouldn't be able to say if it was on of the clear plastic cases that I had been using.

I not just live the colors but I love that I can feel comfortable putting my MAcBook in this and not be completely paranoid about it. He’s ted this is car traveling out into a suit case. I would still keep as a carryon for flying but still a compact/durable case.

It fits securely in my laptop bag & adds protection to my MacBook.

Definitely top quality protection for my thin MacBook Air, while still remaining relatively aesthetically pleasing. It appears that it could maybe even be waterproof- I probably won't test that, but it appears to be that way. Have owned it over a month and have no issues with it. Thumbs up, I would recommend it or even buy another one in the future.

I manage a gym and I am always dragging my laptop around, this rugged protector fits my personality and the environment I am always in. I also travel a lot and so have this handy thing when I go thru secruity, or am working at different competitions is nice, I know my laptop is safe.

I love this carrier! Very rugged and well designed to hold other things inside too. The zipper is a bit hard to pull, but otherwise it’s amazing that it’s not more expensive compared to others that don’t protect nearly as much.
