    I purchased this and the bottom part broke off after a few months. The top stays on. I have dropped my computer a few times and it has protected it well though.

    Terrible product, did not fit as described and did more harm scratching my Mac Book then it did protecting it, ended up returning it just a few days after purchase.

    This case felt slippery to hold onto. Also it was a bit bulky and the quality felt mediocre. It just didn't win my trust. That's too bad because I'm a big fan of Thule.

    Once it's on the laptop, it's difficult to open. The cover also comes off easily.
