This came with a purchase I was unaware of and never used . It was not until I was billed that I realized I had it. I had to call and cancel this subscription I was unaware of- and I had no close as to what the subscription was for. My advice- if they include something “free” keep an eye in your charge card !

Did not like the layout or the ease of use of app.

I opted out of this trial; never activated it-- but have been charged multiple times. I have tried to dispute the charges through multiple avenues. I feel like this "trial" was a sneaky ploy to collect unauthorized payments. BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS FALSE-HOPE SERVICE.

Maybe I don’t know how to use it properly but I’m not thrilled about it. I prefer my free version of Pandora

Got this as add on because it was free. Returned my purchase before money had been taken out. Directly after returning, the tidal purchased itself separately. Never used it. Never wanted it. I went in store to return it and they even said it was fully returned. Never got my money back.

Auto renewal will charge your card even if you did not activate the service. This needs to be changed.

I am not a fan at the price would rather go for a competitor that is much more popular

Do not get trap of auto renewal. You would get charge 20 times of what you paid. I bought at .49 cents and got charge $10 as auto renewal.. I was not aware there is auto renewal. So please be careful with this auto renewal trap.

Worst streaming service on the market. Poor selection and many rerecorded or crappy live versions of songs. Also will not stay signed into your account. Annoying when driving down the road and you can't access your music. They also keep auto-renewing/charging after you attempt to cancel...pass!

Does not let me cancel..keeps charging my credit card. Even when i have asked to cancel subscription. Cant even find good music. Cant choose your own music

Did not get to use this before they started charging me full price and I was supposed to get 3 months free.

I love Tidal but I spent my money and couldn’t even use it and the customer service to address the streaming issue was HORRIBLE!!

Garbage music service. Stick with Apple. Even Microsoft’s music store, yes Microsoft, is better even though nobody heard of it. Tidal? Lol.

Difficult to cancel , Tidal will rob your account after attempting to cancel

I will stay with pandora and iheart. Tidal seems to be working hard but seems like they got too much going on a single app plus did not have much of indian songs

I’ve head a lot about it so I gave it a try. To me it wasn’t a lot of variety. So I canceled it in a couple of days

The promotional offer had expired. Don’t spend your money.
