Hi - fidelity at a great price. Selection of songs and play lists are supreme. Magnificent customer service.

After Google Play music p- this id the second music host I have found and I plan to stick with it. It has the second most songs. One thing I have not liked is that playing tracks of artists may repeat if theif is multiple versions of an album or single. Also, the user interface is not quick - often needing to click one one more step than you think you need. Sound streams well. Apparently there is a better version of Tidal to stream, but I have no issue with this form.

I was auto enrolled in this app when I bought a Bluetooth speaker. I never wanted it, never used it and BAM, 3 months later they will charge your account. Customer service is closed on weekends and it's hard to find a number to call and talk with anyone about it. It seems there are many different links in best buy for this service, maybe to hide the bad reviews and warnings from customers about this hidden charged subscription being tacked on to Bluetooth speaker purchases . Very bad business, I will definitely think twice about buying anything with a credit card from best buy again. Now I have to call VISA to refute the charge on my account.

This service seems pretty good overall, I love the high quality master tracks but... maybe not the service for me. I feel like Spotify did a better job of matching more new (to me) artists and tracks to my tastes. Tidal seems to have plenty of newer stuff that my friends love though so I'm not discouraging anyone from giving it a shot by any means.
