Be aware of these subscriptions when you purchase items from best buy..they automatically sign you up and then out of the blue your entire life get flipped upside dwn...was not expecting a bill since I did pay off my bestbuy credit card bill less than a month after my headset purchase ($300), well, I was sent to collections for a stupid 19.99 subscription I didnt activate and 3 mths later took a hit on my credit, card balance dropped, and 30something drop credit score later..I was not able to refinance my mortgage- bestbuy said they would make it right, LIARS!!

I like to throw a huge variety of performers at a music service as a way of determining their breadth of music and ease of finding, for example, certain performances of classical music. Thus far, I'm impressed with Tidal. I'm still in the learning phase, but I've been able to locate the overwhelming majority of music I'm in search of.

The music itself was quite good and everything I expected--Tidal has a nice feature in which you can create "My Mix" not by constructing a playlist manually but by telling Tidal which artists you enjoy listening to--for me it was mainly mid-20th-century jazz. The sound quality is great, and I had no complaints. HOWEVER, when I asked Best Buy customer support about trying this out, I still had two months of an Apple Music subscription to go, and I wanted to buy the three-month Tidal trial, then run out my Apple Music subscription, then try Tidal for three months. The Best Buy tech, in an email exchange (or it might have been a live chat), said I could do that. When I opened up Tidal after canceling Apple Music, I had 27 days left. So very workable music subscription service, but I would have preferred to get the three full months that I paid for.

Tidal is an amazing service, i love Tidal and will be getting premium with them.. The issue i have is i paid for a 1 year sub through bestbuy, after using a 1 month sub and thought i could upgrade.. i was unable to activate my new 1 year sub and when i tried to get help i was bounced around all over the place so i gave up, today i asked for a refund and was only given a partial refund for the sub even though it was unused so i gave 1 star for bestbuys part in this fiasco

I've been thinking of subscribing to a streaming music service for awhile, but always finally decided to just choose amongst the free services available depending on my mood. When I saw Tidal offered on Best Buy for a substantially reduced price for a year, I went ahead and figured I'd make the plunge. The library is on par with other services, and while features and functions may differ, it works well enough for me, and one big feature is it plays as an app on my stable of Squeezebox Radios and Boom which was rather high on my list of wishes. Thus far, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase.

Bought a bunch for family and such, but only works on one account, and cant use them to renew, so, fine if you wanna give a try, but price after that sucks

Bought this deal to be able to listen to music while working out. Didn’t know BB had this available for purchase until it popped up on my search on their website and noticed it was on sale and cheaper than other music streaming services so decided to jump on the deal.

Lots of variety, but finding what I want can be a chore and I have not been able to specify that I don't want to listen to a certain type of music, just specific songs. It's nice, but it doesn't wow me.

Be careful with this. They sent me an email to activate this trial subscription with a radio purchase. I NEVER activated the service. Next thing I know, they were tellling me that I was getting ready to get charged for renewing this and they were going to use the same card that i bought the radio with. Then, I couldn't cancel it by myself by clicking the cancel button. I had to actually talk to someone. I am extremely unhappy with all of this.

Very good sound quality, but the app interface is terrible and Apple Car Play integration is unnervingly bad, therefore can't recommend it as er price after the subscription is done.

Tidal has great hifi audio quality and music, although it skews toward hip hop. It doesn't play well with Apple though. As an example, Siri works better with Apple Music.

Decent amount of songs but predominantly American songs, with some international "hits". Very disappointed with the selection OUTSIDE of the United States, where - not going to lie - not much popular music resides but still, there should be a greater selection of world/international music. Also, suggestions for similar artists/albums/songs would make me more enticed to continue to use. Discovering new music according to my taste is non-existent.

Deep library and very high-quality sound. I primarily listen on a Roku Ultra, an Onkyo RZ series receiver, and Klipsch towers. So many options to stream music, this is a good option.

Gives me joy hear what I want to hear when I'm doing whatever I'm doing and I can get music for that particular chore or task and fits the mood; really enjoying the service.

Easy to navigate music with TIDAL app, I am in now 3 months trial plan .. But I am thinking about continuing this .. Have so many options and category to choose the music.

I wasn't expecting to like this so much, but you can defo hear the difference between the master records and just the regular ones. My new favorite music streaming app.

The service is good and comparable to spotify or very similar unless you are going for the higher quality subscription.

They have a lot of tracks Amazon doesn’t carry but then theres some added weirdness to it plus a little pricy I’d your not obsessed with music

This is the best streaming app I ever used for music and trust me I’ve tried them all. It has the largest collection of music on the planet! Every song you can think of is on there for all genres. It’s user friendly and so easy to setup and download content. You have playlist option and all the music is crystal clear. I love this service!
