The music itself was quite good and everything I expected--Tidal has a nice feature in which you can create "My Mix" not by constructing a playlist manually but by telling Tidal which artists you enjoy listening to--for me it was mainly mid-20th-century jazz. The sound quality is great, and I had no complaints. HOWEVER, when I asked Best Buy customer support about trying this out, I still had two months of an Apple Music subscription to go, and I wanted to buy the three-month Tidal trial, then run out my Apple Music subscription, then try Tidal for three months. The Best Buy tech, in an email exchange (or it might have been a live chat), said I could do that. When I opened up Tidal after canceling Apple Music, I had 27 days left. So very workable music subscription service, but I would have preferred to get the three full months that I paid for.

Decent amount of songs but predominantly American songs, with some international "hits". Very disappointed with the selection OUTSIDE of the United States, where - not going to lie - not much popular music resides but still, there should be a greater selection of world/international music. Also, suggestions for similar artists/albums/songs would make me more enticed to continue to use. Discovering new music according to my taste is non-existent.

I have been using this for three months and this is a pretty nice music player they only thing that I really didn't like is that there have been new albums that came out and this app does not really have all the new album's cause of Rights and company policy. Tidal doesn't really cover all the songs that you need to hear or want to hear I had a tough time finding various songs that I want it.

This music service was one I had not heard of until now. But for the cost, it was a no lose situation. After two or three weeks I thought it would start making suggestions based on my genre searches. I'll keep trying. At least it hasn't given me a limit on how many click thru I get like another service I tried once.

I never heard of this service called Tidal before. But I got a free trial offer when I bought something at Best Buy. I think it’s ok but I do prefer XM or other services more. It’s not bad but with all the other competitions out there it’s going to be hard to compete.

The app looks great and it will have the music you are looking for. The only problem that I had was it automatically charged my card when I created a account. Be careful when creating a account through your phone. It might charge you for the subscription.

very awesome service for high quality listening. I think i will stick with a cheaper service with more songs tho

Did not really use because there are other streaming services. Such as Spotify or Apple music or even YouTube. So I didn't really get time to use it. Only got it because it came with purchase.

I had a bit of a learning curve with this. Not sure if it was just me, but it wasn’t the easiest for me to use so I didn’t continue the subscription.

The service is very unique and offer a very diverse selection of music platforms. The collection of dolby music can be expanded and is very pricy for the premium service.

I got this and canceled it threw tidal but money was still coming out 6 months later I had to call Best Buy to cancel this aswell just keep this in mind

Tidal is ok. I prefer Amazon music. I think Amazon catalog has more of the music that i enjoy. Tidal caters more to the younger generation in my opinion.

Glad the free trial is so long but it was a little hard to navigate at first. Definitely don't like it as much as spotify but worth a try.

It's too much work for me and they wouldn't let me use the second one. I don't want to hunt for good music I just want good music to play.

Did not even use this thing the entire time I had it. Was my fault I had Apple Music in the meantime and just easier to use

Love the feature that Music are not turning off. Album options are a bit limited compared to YouTube. Navigation is just okay.

The music is high quality. The web and app design is not. Hard to find music and also suggestions don't match my liked music.

Used free 3month service. Play well and many songs. Not much different to other music services liks apple, amazon, etc.
