There's an occasional buffer if I'm switching tracks depending on reception. For some reason, Spotify or Apple have never had this problem unless there's zero reception, even when it's weak it doesn't lag.

Tidal is by far not the best streaming platform out there. If you want the highest quality music use Amazon. If you want a personalized experience and an app that always works, use Spotify. Tidal currently is the middle ground between Spotify and Amazon music. As long as you don't have an Amazon Prime subscription you can't go wrong with Tidal, especially at it's promotional pricing which seems to be always available. Overall, not the best service out there, but also not the worst.

I tried Tidal- HiFi first before I purchased this 12-Month subscription. Tidal HiFi's CD-quality or HiRes lossless streaming is better than other MP3-quality streaming services like Spotify or Apple Music. I highly recommend the HiFi plan. This deal is worth the money.

I have a large home theater and wanted the ability to get hi def streeming. my only choices are this and amazon but this has more tracks and getting it from buying a tv i got 4 months free and 5.00 less each month after that so not counting i saved 150.00 on the tv i got this included. thanks best buy i plan to keep the going after 4 months.

I had to purchase this subscription because I switched my cellular provider from Sprint to AT&T. Sprint gave me Tidal subscription for “free” as part of my cellular service. Tidal offers all the latest hits and exclusive artists as well. The hi-Fi subscription is great if you have a high definition speaker/headset to listen to.

For $1 trial of 3 months, was a no brainer to try. I’m a Apple Music subscriber as well and both services have their advantages. I enjoy Tidal with having the master versions on songs and how it recommends music a bit better compared to Apple Music. Overall happy with purchase so far. Interface could use some work though.

Before Amazon launched their HD s was the place to go for better than iffy mp3 sound. The catalog is good (others miss a lot of my favorite artists). The discount for buying a year is worthwhile.

Tidal’s mastered tracks are second to none; their organization leave something to be desired. I use tidal daily but spend more time looking for what I want than I feel should be necessary.

I like that there is a streaming service for fans who like high-resolution music. High-resolution music gets an individual a purpose of enjoying the music in the way that the artists are intended for their audience to appreciate. By listening to high-resolution music, the value of subscribing to a music streaming service is worth it.

I've enjoyed my free trial of the TIDAL product. I've been mainly using it to access music in high quality, Dolby Atmos quality. I only wished there was more content (and much easier to find).

If you have the headphones or DAC to really bring it out you can really hear things in your music you've never heard before listening to Nirvana for the first time so to speak again is magical

This was supposed to be an intro to HiFi Plus. I anticipated something grand and noticeable in the sound quality, but the opposite rings true here. I've used many different streaming services on my devices, and this was just average. In some cases the music sound is actually lower than what I have heard from Amazon and Spotify, and that makes me wonder why I would continue subscribing to this when the quality isn't what they hyped.

I like it. The sound quality really does blow other music streaming apps out of the water but I prefer a more simplistic design thats easier to navigate so I think I will stick with Spotify.

I got a year of Tidal HiFi for only $50.00! It's a great HI-RES streaming service. I mostly use it on my BlueSound Node 2i connected to my main 2-channel rig at home but also on my iPad Mini 4, laptop PC, and Samsung phone. You can pretty much find any music you like in CD quality or better. Highly recommended.

Happy with the audio quality, I just wish there was a bit more variety with the music selection. Overall I'm satisfied with Tidal so far!

Pros: 1) Better user interface than Spotify Cons: 1. Volume is not constant across songs. Some you have to turn on the volume high. 2. Canceling subscription is not a self-service. Yes, you go through the online process, but at the end of the step, you have to contact Best Buy to finalize your cancellation. Otherwise, subscription would not cancel. I had to contact Best Buy to ensure my subscription is cancelled. Inconvenience.

TIDAL in my opinion is the best sounding music available. I treasure cd sound quality, and after trying all of the most common then finding out about TIDAL I couldn’t be any happier. Yes, you can get it cheaper no doubt, but do you prefer the crystal clear sound? I certainly do prefer the best. Thanks TIDAL.

Great deal ($1) for three-months of Tidal HiFi. Listening to master tracks with the right pair of headphones makes it hard to go back to compressed audio like Spotify. Improved App and good connectivity options.

I love Tidal MQA files, they sound amazing but there is something you need to know to get this offer. I was already a tidal subscriber and I couldnt use my old account so I had to create another email account to get this offer.

It’s a great app for downloading music for both online and offine use, but it always pauses the music or sometimes doesn’t work
