Great music quality and selection. Not my favorite service when it comes to playlist but it's okay once you get used to it. I believe that tidal also pays the artist more royalties than the other companies. So for what that's worth They look out for the artist as well.Tidal doesn't seem to jive very well with Alexa. Maybe they just haven't been formally introduced, but when it works it works well. Could be user error on my end. Anyways, I'm a Happy user. Will continue to use.

Alright i will keep this brief. This can be an amazing audio experience as long as you have the right headphones and more importantly the headphones are Master Quality Authenticated or you have a DAC like the THX Onyx like I do at minimum that is MQA and you're golden. Im just using Soundcore Life Q30 headphones with the THX Onyx and I have a great experience and I'm just dreaming how amazing it would be with the new Space Q45 Model.

From interface to music selection and recommendations, Tidal is my favorite music streaming service. I like to have Apple Music as well because I'm in that ecosystem, but optimally I love to have Tidal going alongside it. I listen mostly at my computer and their desktop app, at least for MacOS, is very nice. I recommend trying out Tidal. I've no idea why Spotify gets most of the attention. Tidal is where it's at.

This was an amazing deal! Too bad Best Buy and Tidal longer offer this product. Tidal is a great place for high quality music especially now that Tidal eliminated MQA.

Better quality than spotify, but a little behind on updated or lesser known music

It worked the first try. I love that it’s pretty much a free trial for music. Love the Dolby Atmos quality. Wish I could have paid more and been able to extend the trial.

A phenomenal deal I've been missing out on. I've been with tidal for over 3 years through Tidal direct at a higher price. Through BB, I'm paying less than half 4 the same service. The best part is I didn't even lose any of my saved songs/atrist/playlist/favorites etc. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner.

This is easily one of my favorite streaming apps next to Spotify and Apple Music. The simple fact that they’ve always had the ability to have the option to listen to very high-quality audio, is amazing bow down to these guys please.

The service works as entended, i like the quality of the music and have no problem navigating around the app, however is not all great first it doesnt have all the music that i want to listen, second I cannot download music in the background unless you have an android phone. Overall the service is great if you want the best quality music out there though you need to pay extra for the audio quality.

Tidal offers lossless sound quality, but Spotify doesn't. That's where the advantage stops. When I search for a song on Tidal, if I don't type it in EXACTLY as it is spelled, no good search results are returned. I find myself having to Google a song to find out how to spell the title or artist EXACTLY! In fact, I tend to listen to older music - 60s through 90s. I find that the results favor newer songs over older songs if the title is similar. Tidal is not compatible with Google Home, or even my Apple Car Play if using Siri. Unfortunately I'll have to trade convenience for sound quality and stay with Spotify.

I tried this based on a discounted intro price. I think its a great service. I have a huge mp3 collection, and my wife has and uses a standard Apple music subscription. Regardless, I still end up using Tidal quite often and I'm happy with the service.

Sometimes you are buying something worth $49.99 and your offer is applied only if you are spending $50. That's why I bought this, and for that reason it's a great thing to have in Best Buy cart.

excellent quality. Highly recommend. Only thing I wasn't to crazy about was the interface. It is not customer friendly like spotify's, ,but overall much better sound! But I wish they had better yearly plans.

Cleaner and more bass for all music within this app. Premium subscription is highly recommended especially for the audiophiles out there, higher bit for music and overall better experience!!

Fantastic selection from various artists including hard to find and new albums. Sound quality is fantastic and the ability to create custom playlists, repeat, loop, shuffle etc. is a plus.
