Didn't really notice a difference compared to other streaming services. Its just more expensive..

Too expensive at 14.99 a month. Apple Music has the same or better quality at 9.99 a month.

I never even got to use it. The sign up process was interrupted by bad signal so I tried to back out and refresh, but it saved my account as already signed up so I couldn’t try to reapply and the code/link for the free 3 months was no longer valid even though access was never unlocked for my account. At the most I can say their site is buggy. Not a great look.

Quality and variety is great. This doesn't integrate with anything.

I got it free for the first 3 months after that I cancelled not worth the money.

When a item has low customer reviews, there is a reason and just found out why. The portal for best buy/tidal, is very tricky to navigate, but if you activate the code and make a mistake, there no is going back and the code is active and you lose your trial. There is no help from best buy or tidal

Spotify and even apple music are better. This service is already dead and was doa.

It is kind expensive. I do not use it anymore. I will not recommend it.

Worst streaming service on the market. Poor selection and many rerecorded or crappy live versions of songs. Also will not stay signed into your account. Annoying when driving down the road and you can't access your music. They also keep auto-renewing/charging after you attempt to cancel...pass!

Never was able to use it... even after following instructions, the app asked me to subscribe to a membership >$12 per month again. After escalation to tidal directly never got a response. I cancelled subscription before they start charging me after the 3 month purchased with bestbuy...

Received an invalid code from Best Buy and they couldn't get me a new code to be able to start the subscription and couldn't refund my money after spending hours with customer service trying to resolve. Don't buy the subscription from Best Buy.

I already have a tidal account. i purchased this thinking i could save myself some money from my yearly subscription. i couldn't get this to work with my existing account and no where is it mentioned that this will not work with existing accounts.
