I didn't really use it that much. Don't forget to cancel after 3 months.

Don't trust bestbuy with your credit card they charged me for something that I have not authorized or activated. I called spoke with a manager "Jan employee # 255325415 I told her I was recording the conversation and she told me that next time pay with cash so I wouldn't getting charged for subscription that I never even activated. I haven't even open the product that I bought. I asked to get credit for charging me credit card without my permission and she said they can't credit me. Because it was my fault that I didn't cancel a subscription that I didn't even activate in the first place. SO BE CAREFUL DON'T TRUST BESTBUY OR GEEK SQUAD WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION AND SOME HOW THATS OUR FAULT.

Got the 3 month music trial. It was OK, not sure its worth the $22.50 a month. Especially when you have free options out there.

it was a nice service but I found I didn't use it past the first 2 weeks. It came free with a headphone purchase it was not clear that it would just auto bill against my bestbuy credit card. I cannot find a way to cancel it from bestbuy.com spent over $100 on something I have not used purchases don't show up on bestbuy only on the credit card itself which was paid off so I had no reason to look at statements.

I don't have the best audio systems so this service doesn't do much for me in terms of music quality. I did however now through a lot of data. It was disappointing that I couldn't get alexa to play a personal playlist using Tidal. Also sucks that when using the app, I'm unable to tell Tidal to play on an Amazon echo device instead of my phone. I paid 3 dollars for 3 months. Definitely would not pay asking price.

Great add-on FREE subscription trial. I learned Tidal isn't the music app for me.

This is plain cheating by best buy. They say it's just one dollar but will charge you what ever they want at the end of the trail. They bury it so deep that it's next to impossible to turn off your auto renewal and inspite of contacting them multiple times They are least bothered to cancel it and give a refund. I have had the best experience with best buy but this issue is unacceptable.

Im getting charged for this service i never knew i had. I guess it was included with something i bought. I never even activated this crap and how the heck do i cancel it. Mo one is able to help me. This is terrible. How can you charge me for somethung i never subscribed and used.

After purchasing this product, a conflict in pricing with Tidal was very apparent and not what Best Buy was advertising as a sale trial price. I havent even used the music app due to the outright price change that was not what you were selling/promoting as.
