Perhaps the worst streaming service ive ever encountered. Ridiculously overpriced with limited musical genre options. A simple youtube search and youd see im not the only one with Tidal dissatisfaction. I do not recommend ever.

I didn’t use it much. Too much for me. I use Apple music.

Never got to use it since each time a code was provided it said it expired. Received a “one-time courtesy” refund, but courtesy or not, I never got what i paid for so a refund was warranted.

I just wasn't very interested in this app, at all.

Very inexpensive for the first few months. But when I looked at future cost, I said no way. Besides music is free on the internet. I never turned it on. But still got a notice to subscribe. Watch out.

Stay away !! I kept calling and they told me they would cancel the subscription yet they kept charging me for months. I had to call Tidal and my Best Buy credit card every month. Huge hassle !!

I paid for this it didn't work I called best buy for almost 2 weeks trying to get help and I got the run around, and still over a month later and I can't get my refund back.

No way to cancel or get refund, lost all respect for Best Buy. They are deceptive Adding these “free gifts” to other purchases and then charging your credit card. Class action lawsuit??

My husband ended up getting Spotify after using the free trial subscription of this, so I'm guessing that means he didn't care for Tidal. LOL. I think the price was likely a contributing factor.

I was charged $67.47 for this free offer that I never activated. I have tried for 2 months to get my money back with no avail.

Eh. Was free with a purchase but wasn’t that user friendly. And the process to cancel the auto renewal is ridiculous.

Didn’t allow me to set up. Kept trying to charge me the full price of 23 bucks. Rip off

Did not find the content worth the price paid. Asking to pay close to $300/ year for Music content is ridiculous. Not for me anyway.

Not impressed keeps stopping while playing songs! I have unlimited data with AT&T!
