Best buy credit card seevices said I needed to contact Tidal directly but couldnt provide a number to call. Unsure if it good or not as I never used the app or service

Not Worth the Hassle

It was then offered theough best buy as a dollar for three months. I opted in for that and regret that decision. I constantly had issues with the app. I didnt appreciate the skipping, which only became an issue when i began using the app on my iphone. Furthermore, downloading for offline streaming was a joke. Lastly, I wish I listened to a previous review that said cancelling was difficult as well. Why must I call BestBuy to cancel the subscription? It is not managed at all through the Tidal account and is an extra pain when your entire purchasing and utilization experience online forces you to call, wait on hold and work with an overseas technician to cancel. Zero stars.
