    Stuck in subscription

    My auto renew was turn off but I cannot control my account it keep saying that bestbuy is in control of my subscription. I don't know how to fix this or why anyone at bestbuy haven't fix this.

    Best Buy refuses to refund canceled subscription

    Terrible service. Never activated the product but it continued to charge our credit card. We turned or auto renew and wrote an email to geek squad requesting cancellation in March but it is still charging our card. We finally refuted the charges with our credit card company. Very disappointed with Best Buy
