Hard to set up

Not worth it, built in batteries died in a year

Both sticker tiles batteries died 2 months after the 1 year warranty. Even though they are "guaranteed to last 3 years" . You only get the 3 year warranty if you are subscribed as a premium member. So that's an additional amount of money, I believe $30 or so a year. Was only offered a 20% discount to buy new tiles since was out of warranty. Half the time the tiles never even connected even when standing directly in front of them. So save your money. They were convenient when they worked, but were not reliable enough for the price. Womp womp

Great concept not so great to use

Don’t buy the sticker trackers!

I have had mine for a year or so and the thing isn’t working properly. Most likely the battery is dying. Tried all the troubleshooting and customer service would not replace the device even though the battery has a 3 year warranty! I would avoid a Company that doesn’t stand 100% behind their product.

Not worth it

They consistently do not connect with my phone from 2 ft away. I can have my wallet in my bag in my passenger seat and my phone will sit there for 10 minutes saying its trying to connect.
