    The package was ripped. I don't like ripped new products so I returned it unopened. Plus the batteries are not replaceable.

    This was very much needed by my 93-year-old roommate who constantly loses either her purse or the phone or the keys. I wish that the phone could handle all three instances instead of just the one. Anyway it has helped on several occasions.

    We've used Life360 for several years. Doing some traveling lately, these have been a most wonderful way to have confidence in where our luggage was along the way. I wish I'd had them a few years ago when it took the airline a week to find some bags.
