Pretty useful to find your wallet or phone using the other, but only within the bluetooth reach. But it costs subscription to send alert when leaving things behind. If If they make that function free it would be perfect.

I have one in my billfold. It works. But the tile fob on the key chain goes off too frequently when I have the keys in a pocket. I don't want to remove it because I am more likely to misplace my keys than my billfold.

Tile slim works just as described. It gives you a general area within a radius. Life 360 app It points you to the direction of the tile. In my experience the app radius to locate the tile was generally spot on. I say generally because it pointed me to the radius and I had to search within 25 feet or so till I found it. this works fantastic for the person who often loosed their wallet.

I've always had one of these in my wallet but when my last one ran out of battery and I choose the 2024 model vs previous version I might have made a mistake. This one only makes a noise if I push the button on my phone, then find the wallet myself, get the Tile card out, and twist it slightly. If I can't find the walled to twist the Tile card it makes no noise at all. I'm assuming they didn't built it well enough to handle normal wallet usage.
