Good if you forgot your wallet at any place often.

Bought this for my boyfriend and two months later it ended up malfunctioning and not ringing when nearby. Had to contact customer service and they sent a replacement. Overall the product works well, slightly thicker than a credit card but if you want more detailed tracking you do need the life 360 app.

I've always had one of these in my wallet but when my last one ran out of battery and I choose the 2024 model vs previous version I might have made a mistake. This one only makes a noise if I push the button on my phone, then find the wallet myself, get the Tile card out, and twist it slightly. If I can't find the walled to twist the Tile card it makes no noise at all. I'm assuming they didn't built it well enough to handle normal wallet usage.

This Bluetooth luggage tracker is a good product. I would not call it a great product. It worked fine for most of our trip but when we were leaving to come home, we had a hard time tracking our luggage and then it did work off and on. I would recommend it for weekend trips, but trips to Europe didn’t work extremely well for us but good enough.
