Great, helped on vacation

Never been used, couldn't return to the store because store associate didn't wanted to take it back since item was opened. Works only within Bluetooth range.

The delivery person left the package in an unsecured location of a secured building, but luckily someone picked it up and took it inside to the common area where we happened to notice it. Common sense……?

Terrible - not user friendly & doesn't work

It never shows me the correct location and the location is always more than 10 minutes old. I would return it but it is past my return window. Don't waste your time. Try Apple - maybe it's better.

You cant change the battery

I have 4 of those and no problem. These are supposed to last up to 3 years, doubt that. They were only $20 since there was a sale. Too lazy to return it.Also feels cheaper than the older version.
