Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not enough good, i wanted it fir my luggage but it doesn't work properly, it only recognized the last time you were close to the device, nothing in between from when you leave the luggage and you have it in your hands again. A little disappointing It will work for keys i guess

Tile mate does not work...

I have called them and texted them about 10 times. I asked if they could walk me thru the steps to activate the tile mate. Putting the tile mate next to my phone does not work !! In other words nothing about this company works !! Guess I have to send it back for a refund....
