Buyer Beware!

I purchased this item and also bought a subscription through tile for advanced tracking. They did work good in the beginning. In less than 6 months the devices was dead. I figured the batteries was replaceable and found out they are not. The devices are sealed. I also talked a friend into buying even though he is a Apple Fan, big mistake. I'm a Top End Samsung user. I wish I could get a refund.

Frustratingly inconsistent, doesn't always connect

Sometimes they chime sometimes they don't. It's so annoying because even items right in the house won't connect, that to me is not acceptable.

Not worth the money, or monthly/yearly service

Which that was not true. Device requires a bluetooth connection utilizing the tile services to find the device. It will not give a device location utilizing GPS & if your device is stolen or the dog runs away you cannot locate its location. I put device on my child & no money they provide will replace a child. I have a samsung tacker that connects to any samsung galaxy & provides a better chance of locating what youre trying to track.
