Tile only really works when ur right next to whatever your looking for! Not tht great in reality

Does the job. I like it, very helpful. Sometimes doesn’t get signal or says it’s not in range. That’s the only down part.

Doesnt seem to give you exact location. Shows routes, at least 30 + min ago. Not as good as the apple one.

Not what I expected. The Bluetooth loses connection here and there; very spotty. Even when connected, the tile doesn’t ring.

Not exactly what I was expecting. Devices are only located when in Bluetooth range or at least what I could figure out.

Trying to link the tile with an iphone has been a perpetual issue. The app must be on in the background at all times for even a hope of having this work. Imagine if all apps were like that. On top of that once you activate a crazy expensive tile it is forever changed. You can never reset your tiles even if the Tile FAQ says otherwise. Lastly, the app has "premium" features for a subscription fee but if you dont want to sell your organs to pay for it there is no way to hide these features. As a result you are left looking at things with eye catching alerts, pop up ads for premium subscription, little "new" bubbles that nag and annoy a user incessantly. Do not buy.

This one will not work with my Samsung cell phone. emailed the tile company and they gave me a complicated Set of instructions to try to get us to work. So I went to the Best Buy store and the only way for them to and set it up is a $40 service fee. So the service fee be more than I paid for the device device is not able to be returned.

Does it’s job most of the time, cost too much for what it is and it will break on you

I like them on my keys. Although not the best to use on dogs.

Sometimes works and sometimes it does not. Maybe it’s user error.

Tiles have Stopped working after less than 6 months.

Has not been set up yet as it was purchased as a gift.

As time goes by they get quieter and quieter till they become completely useless if you need to find something in small spaces like your home Where you lose your remote, keys, or your phone all the time . I do not recommend . It is not a low battery, BTW.

My son loves this device, and has wanted one for awhile

Not a great item for tracking dogs!! It gives crazy updates of locations and it was very annoying! May be better used for tracking other items but not what I needed it for!!

Need to use Bluetooth. Theres 2 in 1 package. I gave 1 to my son and it’s seem confusing with Bluetooth signal between me and my son. Not worth money.

I ordered two 2-packs. I have a Galaxy Note 8, all updated. Does not work brand new right out of the box, which by the way has no instructions. The Tile will not pair with my phone. I am hearing multiple beeps from the Tile and then a chime, which is probably an indication the batteries are dead. Nevertheless I was on the phone over an hour and a half and it STILL won't work. Way too much money for something that does not work. I don't think I am allowed to say anything negative about horrible tech support, or I would.

I did not buy this. I was asking cashier about it and realized wasn’t for me at the time..just seeing I paid for it even though didn’t purchase

Battery life is short and has low range. End up walking around and continually pressing the button to get a response.

Not really digging these. Not feeling the fact that once the battery dies, its done.
