Tile

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved my old tile so much that i bougjt this one.The tile doesnt work correctly to find the item you have it attacked to it unless battery saver is turned off on your phone, unlike the older one. Other than that i still believe that tile is a good product, I just wish they would fix it to where it doesnt have to kill the battery on your phone to find keys.

Seem to work fine finding the keys around the house. But did not realize it was gonna be a $99 a year charge so I took it back. I don’t like the ract that only people with the tile app can will locate your product you lost it somewhere out of range. So I purchased the AirTags from Apple. If you lose your product anybody with Apple Can help locate your product with the app or not. No-brainer for me. Of course if you have an iPhone.

Would Not Recommend

I tried (numerous times) to "locate" my luggage in the different airports I was in during my trip to Europe, and it consistently told me that my luggage was "out of range". Thank goodness there were no major issues with my luggage, however, it was not a comfortable feeling knowing that I could not utilize this product if I would have needed to.

Cover wont stay on the tile's battery compartment.

I will be returning or exchanging it today.

It last tracked my bag at the airport and would not pick up a signal from the luggage which was checked and on the plane somewhere. Didnt know if my luggage was on the plane or not until I landed and waited for it at the carousel

Refurbished Tile shipped instead of a new one.

Looked back to make sure I didnt buy a used one. Seems like I've been having more issues ordering through best buy online rather than buying it in the store.
