It seems that the range is very short. I have to be within 20 feet to connect. Also the sound is very hard to hear.

Had problems using it as a pet tracker. The Tile could only be located within 30 feet.

Couldn't connect to my android phone. Beforehand, i was made to understand that I could connect the device to my android phone.

My tile stopped working properly. It can be close to key and does not go off and other way around. I bought a new duracell battery and still doesn’t work properly. So disappointing

I bought this to keep track of a device rather than my keychain. However, this burns through batteries, so it does not have the promise of a year worth of service. Support has not been much help.

Tile for keys. Haven't lost them yet. Got a few characters to go.

The Tile worked as designed, but I didn't discover the 400' distance limit until too late. I wanted something that would track a wandering relative.

This product doesn't work as advertised. Unless the item is within 50 ft of you it won't provide any information even with your GPS and Bluetooth being turned on.

Put on dogs collar, battery cover fell off and got lost, need a subscription for map views, not the quality I was expecting.

That was the worst tracker ever i purchased. Not the right one for me.

Honestly this tracker is basic as all get out and literally only reports the last known location. So if your luggage and tracker get lost somewhere and you're not nearby...good luck. Sucks this is the best option for an Android user.

Nope. Just. Nope. Not worth, if you have an iphone get apple smart tags. If you have galaxy or samsung anything get samsung smart tags. This is a low budget and low value tag and doesnt support half rhe features of a smart tag from apple or samsung

Works. The additional subscription for what an Apple Airtag already does is stupid. I'd pay more if it was included. Too bad I don't have an iPhone. Does have a nice weight to it, the plate in the middle to hang it from is metal. Decently loud if it's not buried.

The tile is a godsend found my keys in no time easy to use

Teenager turns off Life360. Solution = tile. Couldn’t use an Apple tag because he has an iPhone but put the tile in the molding of his car works. Not real time but not bad.

Great way to easily locate items. Put one on my keys that I lose daily and one on my chihuahua that likes to hide and escape into the neighbors yard. I should have gotten this a long time ago. 

As someone who consistently forgets where i place my keys even in stores. This is the best thing i could have.

I'm pretty disappointed. Apple fanboy since 94 but I don't like that their AirTags can't page your phone, it's only one way, which isn't as good as most things lost are just misplaced, such as my phone & keys, and so the the two way is super helpful. So I had two Tiles already and liked them enough and decided to get more over thew AirTags just only due too the 2 way paging feature Tile has as an advantage over the AirTags. Well, the Tile app is flaky and does not even show your Tiles even in the same room. I needed to restart the app., sometimes more than once, for it to locate. Not exactly a confidence booster! UGH!!!

My husband is always misplacing his keys and phone.Works great for finding them.
