Doesn’t have much range

Apparently doesn't support all phones

The tile couldn't update firmware, nor change ringtone as it was supposed to do. Tech support provided few responses. I bought two tile slims and both had this issue. We then transferred them to my wife's Samsung S20 FE 5G. Same problem. Have to return.
