Since I only have a cell phone the Tile works great when I misplace my iphone. No more bothering the neighbors to call my phone so I can locate it.

What a pleasure to have, no more blaming the dog for taking the keys. The wife doesn't have to get out of bed to help me look for them. What sense of relief.

My husband wanted me to get one because I have lost my keys several times. It really works and I love it. It also helps me find my purse lol.

Works great with my key ring. Sometimes it can take a while for app to locate it, but unclear as to whether that's a hardware or software issue.

I am always losing my phone and my keys so I decided to buy myself a Tile. I placed it on my key change and I love it. Never losing my phone or keys again.

Works well I am very happy with it it is the second time I've Botton I recommend them for everyone I haven't hooked to my keys I won't lose him over again

We actually use it on our dog collar so that when he gets too far away we just hit the button and he doesn't like the sound and comes running back to the house

I bought this for my wife who is always losing her keys... this does the trick and even has a reverse function that can ring the phone if you have the keys!

If you don't have an Apple Watch or land phone it is great for finding cell phone. And a relief to have when looking for your keys! Eliminates the panic!

Picked two of these up. One worked immediately the other failed to sync. Contacted support, the first person was useless, the second person give me a few instructions and then said they would be sending me a new one via USPS, it would ship in 3-5 days, and take 4-7 days to arrive. Really? Two weeks to get a new one? So I asked support if I could return the unit to Best Buy. The rep then spent five minutes explaining that I should not do this. I told the rep, I need this working tile today, not in two weeks. The rep then said someone would get back to me withing 24-48 hours to let me know what I should do. that was over a month ago. Never heard back, I researched online and found a way to reset the Bluetooth and did and it worked. Both tiles work fine. However I would NOT buy these again and would recommend everyone to stay away as if these. Support is terrible.

It's nice to have for when you lose things in your house but since it uses bluetooth only you have to be in range. Outside other users with the app on their phone can help you locate lost items. That's a cool feature that can help. But when you leave it on in the background it really drains your battery pretty quickly. To the point I had to turn it off. I just turn it on when I need to locate a lost item. If they could reduce the battery drain this would be a much better product.

I bought this a gift for my wife, who is constantly misplacing her phone, and she loves it because now it is much easier to track down her phone.

The problem is there have to be a lot of people with tiles close by for it to actually work. So in you are not in a bug city it probably won't work for you.

Need to be in bluetooth to work its purpose. Great for finding stuff around the house. It makes its sound & also can alarm your phone also if its missing.

I have this device and use it in my car. Good at charging my IPhone X. I just need a way to not make the device slide on my dash while driving.

It's an ok device if you are within the same WiFi range as your phone. It would be even better if you could locate keys or phone no matter where they are.

Good tracker for short distance, can’t say the tile mesh network feature ever really worked.
