Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the ease of use, range, and convenient size of the Tile Mate Item Tracker (4-Pack). Many appreciate the accuracy of the tracking and the relatively low price. However, some users mention that the battery life could be improved, and a few have noted concerns about the sound volume and Bluetooth connectivity. Overall, the positive feedback on ease of use and functionality outweighs the negative comments regarding certain features.

    Battery life

    Battery only lasted 9 months

Company claims that battery will last at least 12 months. Mine lasted only 9 months and no warning that battery is low. So you only find out that battery is dead the hard way —- by not being able to find what this thing was supposed to help with.
