I bought Tile due to a recommendation to locate my cell phone. However, I found a free option online and returned it. It was more of a hassle than a help. Review you use of this item carefully before purchase.

I bought 3 of them for members of my family, only 2 of the 3 worked, had to go back to exchange, I guess I was out of return window, luckily as a courtesy they did the exchange otherwise I would have been heated. The new one works like the others no problem now.

Was excited to get my tile to help me keep track of my phone and keys. But the first two times I couldn't find my phone and tried my tile, I couldn't get it to work. Don't know if it's the tile or the internet connection. But either way, a little disappointed.

I bought this for my wife and so far she likes it!

Works as described. Have not needed to use it yet.

I'm amazed by this technology! The accuracy isn't exactly what you'd want it to be, but it's certainly good enough. I only wish I'd known that battery replacement is not practical given what it costs relative to the initial price of the product.

I bought this with different expectations. I thought this device could be located with your phone anywhere. However, it can not. Other people with Tiles must be near your missing device in order to send a message back to you to show you a location.

It works fine to find my keys, but in spite of being replaced after I wore out the battery attempting to use it to find my phone, I gave up. I suspect it may be due to security upgrades.

The idea behind the tile is great, but it is not very durable. I don't live an extraordinary life or anything extrem and the tile only lasted me about 4 months before bugging out and not working completely. Worked well when it was working though.

I didn’t realize the tile wouldn’t work if it wasn’t connect to the internet. Wanted to use to keep up with my elderly parent. But never located the tile until she returned home. I guess we don’t have enough other tile users in the area.

After I saw this device at my local cellular service store I went to Best Buy to see if they had it as I had some store credit that I could use to reduce the price. I thought this was the perfect solution to locating my keys when if misplaced them. When I tested the key fob I soon realized that the alarm was almost inaudible unless you were about a foot away from the device. Then when I checked the reviews on the internet I also learned that the battery was not replaceable. So I returned it to the store. A great idea that just didn't deliver.

Gotten as a gift, the set up went fine, but afterwards it decided to no longer sync. Swapping it out, the new one worked just fine, but the fact that the first didn't was a bit disheartening.

I bought these so my wife could find her phone using her keys. She shared her keys with me as well so I could find them too. Unfortunately, if I’m home, her clicking the tile will sometimes ring my phone instead of hers.

I took this to a trip to europe. If you dont have cell service the best it can do is quietly ring your tag and nothing much else. You have to pay for an international cellphone service if you want to use this overseas

I was excited to try this new technology at first, it was a little frustrating getting it to set up properly. I was able to get it up and running. The technology works well for the intended purpose.

I love the concept the tile is going for. I need it to work as I loose my things. unfortunately, it does not always work. Sometimes it does not find the phone even when in the same room. Disappointing.

It has good features like being able to locate you phone by double clicking the tile but when I could not find my iphone and sent an alert, my iPad starting ringing. Made it difficult to find.
