Bought these on a recent trip back to the US from Japan hoping to use them effectively in Tokyo. They work around the house, but since there are very few Tile app users in Tokyo, not so effective outside.

I did not read reviews before purchasing this, luckily I bought it on sale. The range is terrible, and sometimes it will not wake up the phone to find it, even when I'm standing right in front of the phone.

For what I wanted it for it won't work. Always loosing my daughter's devices and was hoping to ease my mind a bit. But I'm not always with her so it won't be any use while she's with her sitter.

Really not that impressed by the tile. Honestly I am not sure it even works half the time. I usually find my keys before it makes a sound...

Bought several sets. One did not work from the start, other failed after one month. When they do work, very useful for scatterbrains like us.

The Tiles last no more than a year; the program constantly bombard you with ads...who needs this?

Tile was a life saver. Before Tile (and now) I would look for my keys or phone with a scowl vowing to always put them in the same place to prevent me from searching for them. Tile fit my busy lifestyle. Purchased Tile for my friends and family. HOWEVER, last year it began to act glitchy. Had the tile replaced, same problem. Bought a new Tile, same problem. I was standing right next to my keys and the Tile did not ring. Very disappointed. It doesn’t ring my phone or my keys. Tile, please fix the glitch so I can love you again.

Over the past 6 months I lost a phone for good, realized the tiles are associated with the phone tjat provisioned it and changing that setting is not available. Does not help me. Hate them.

The tiles only work the way they are advertised if you're searching for your tile with the same device that you activated the tile with. Otherwise, it takes forever and is kind of a pain.

Tile itself only works intermittently, even with very close proximity. App mostly appears to be useful for one phone or tablet finding another, but tots of apps do that.

I thought this would track anywhere but this is only in a blue tooth radius. I need something for when I lose my keys or wallet ut and about

My tile worked for a while. I tried the troubleshooting That tile sent to me. Nothing worked so tile id's sending.me a RMA # to return said product.

The first two worked fine. This one won't connect to my phone anymore. When I press the button to find my phone the tile just beeps five times and cuts off.

I bought both sizes of the tile. Always loosing my iPhone and Ipad. Thought this would be the answer. They only worked the first day and won't connect since.

Not a tracker device. No way to replace batteries. Have to buy a new one when the batters die.

Worked really well for few months, but then stopped! Not worth it, in my opinion. Now it hangs in my key ring with no effective use.

these were not for me as they only range up to a certain point so i could be across my house and not be able to locate my lost keys not cool.

My tile doesn’t work properly. I even received a new one and it still doesn’t not ring when I am trying to find my keys.

Need a wifi connection. If you put the divice on dog,cat or other pet, the pet need to be close to the same wifi that you are connected.

Battery’s and distance killed my tile tracker. Would not buy
