I lose my keys often. This little device has saved me a lot of heartache. Tile helps me locate my lost keys every time, and has even helped me find my phone a time or two. I would definitely recommend this device if you lose your keys often.

When this product became readily available (they were difficult to get at first) I bought 3 of them, 2 of them got a lot of use, the 3rd one set in a drawer at my house. Which entails my first issue. Like clock work both my heavily used tiles both showed warnings on the same day they were at the end of their life cycle and would soon need to be replaced. I've grown to depend on the one I have on my key ring so I immediately replaced it with the one that's been sitting in my drawer. To my surprise the app informed me it was also at the end of it's life cycle and would need to be replaced soon despite not being used. If there was a slight battery drain sitting in my drawer I can understand that but when I first got this product I showed it off to everyone I knew by demoing it for people, and I have a young child who loves playing with daddy's keys so every morning instead of wasting my time looking I would just use the app. How these two Tiles that came out of the same box at the same time and ended up with the exact battery life is beyond me and my guess is it's in some serious need of software updates.

I pretty sure nobody going to write a review on this product if it doesn't save their "life" one time. Well, it saved mine. Couple day ago I went to a restaurant with my friends, and I got drunk a little bit, then when we left the restaurant, I realized that I lost my car key when I could not get in my car. I went back to the restaurant to find it, and bad news was nothing was left on the table. Luckyly, I had Tile on it, and I tracked it down. Do you know where it is, the waitress dumped my car key into the trash bin outside of the restaurant. And my goodness that was a big win for Tile. Thank You, Thank You tile, without Tile, I would have lost $235 to remake my key chain.

The Tile has really come in handy in times when I lose my keys and vice versa. I bought one for my keys which I could ring from my phone and I also use my Tile on my keys to ring my phone. You could use more than one Tile on your app to track down your things as well as share it with your friends so they could ring it too. The reason why I took away one star was because the battery is non-replaceable. Tile says it should be replaced within a year (when the battery should go out). Make sure you don't purchase a returned Tile or else it will not work. It deactivates once you delete the Tile.

I bought several of these less than 2 years ago as Christmas gifts and got some for me too. I thought the idea was pretty great. Unfortunately, I didnt realize you cant replace the batteries, which is really dumb so now these are worthless. Mine lasted roughly 1 1/2 years although they are estimated to last roughly 1 year and honestly paying $50 for 2 tiles (one for my keys and one for my wallet) or even the combo pack is really not a good price when you have to replace them every year. Im sure they could easily change the design to make the batteries replaceable (since there are similar products that let you replace batteries) but they choose not to in order to make more money. Which is really disappointing. I wont be replacing my tile.

I usually lost my stuff, and thanks to Tile it saves me money and time much time!

The tile works great while it's working which isn't for long. The first one I bought worked for about 6 months and stopped functioning completely. To their credit, when I contacted their support, they sent me a replacement very quickly. That replacement stopped working in about 6 months and I again called support. This time they said they would send a replacement and failed to do so. Figuring that maybe the basic tile was too delicate to travel in my pocket with 2 vehicle keys and 2 house keys, I purchased a new Tile Sport which I have been using for about 4 months and... you guessed it -- it has stopped making a sound, although it will ring my phone when I double press it. Save your money. It's easily three times the price it should be for the length of time it lasts.

Always losing my keys, now I never have to wonder. And the Tile app so easy to use.

This device is great I use it to find my girlfriend , I just slipped it in her purse , I found her at strange men's House's , more than once..Thanks tile , for helping me get this cheater.

Bought for my father, who always loses his keys. But since we attached the Tile he hasn't lost them. I guess it works either way! :o)

So, the tile works great, but around a year mark you get a notification saying that your tile will not function anymore. Why do you get this notification? I would assume that it normally happens because of the tested lifespan of the tile, but my tile is fully functioning right now, so shouldn't I get a notification when the battery in the unit actually runs out? The messages make you think your tile is going to stop working any moment and that you need to buy a new one asap, well my notifications started 4 months ago and my Tile is still working perfectly... My recommendation is that if you buy this product be aware that at the one year mark you will get notifications that it is dying but it isn't. Because of these messages, how they are formatted to me, and the fact that I have been using my tile for months after I received the first message, I won't buy a new tile. I will find something else to keep track of my keys location.

Ever since I got the tile, I haven't lost my wallet!

The range is close to nothing. It takes a few minutes to connect every single time. They are not waterproof or even water resistant at all due to there being holes in them for the sound to travel through. When I purchased mine, it never worked at all. I opened it to find greenish bluish material throughout the interior and covering the battery. After tile replaced it, my cat chewed on the new one and it broke from the pressure. So they are not strong either. Ultimately, I think tile reuses them and reuses old worn out tiles but I'm not sure. The technology for bluetooth trackers that actually work is available but apparently there hard to find. Lol Wow............

The sound this thing makes is so weak unless you are right next to it in a perfectly quiet area you are not going to hear it.
