Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the ease of use, range, and convenient size of the Tile Mate Item Tracker (4-Pack). Many appreciate the accuracy of the tracking and the relatively low price. However, some users mention that the battery life could be improved, and a few have noted concerns about the sound volume and Bluetooth connectivity. Overall, the positive feedback on ease of use and functionality outweighs the negative comments regarding certain features.

Bought these because my wife lost her keys recently and by luck we found them. I really do like the product but have a couple issues that keep me from giving it a 5. First the locate phone button on the Tile is set off too easily and is fast becoming a nuisance and second, I wish they could be found/tracked without having another user nearby.
