My son told me about these headphones so I bought them online. Sennheiser products are usually very good and these work fine EXCEPT, the directions suck! Very little information and the booklet that comes with them is nothing but precautions in every language known to man. Not everyone grew up with technology.

Tile has introduced a beefed up version but done little to improve it's flagship product. It really should have a replaceable battery and have a bit more functionality. After all, it's 2018. All that said, it does what it says it will do. Fine.

This is a nice product and does exactly what it says. However... the battery will only last for one year and you'll need to replace the whole unit. Also, if you want to use it to find your phone, you need to keep the app running on your phone at all times.

Gave one to my daughter, she had misplaced her keys and used Tile to find them later the same day she misses placed her phone and used her Tile to find it. So I bought one for my son, grand son and two grand daughters plus me and my wife. Have been showing all our friends how they well they work.

The case seems to be about 30 percent smaller than the QC15's case. It's about as small as you get for a pair of full-size over-ear headphones -- but if you're looking for noise-canceling headphones that take up almost no room in a bag, the in-ear Bose QuietComfort 20 'buds are the way to go.

It’s a good gadget for a small area same as home but I don’t recommend it

The 2nd Gen Tile "Mate" is a small and perfect complement to its companion Tile "Slim". The app is free, and can detect the Tile via Bluetooth from 100 ft away. Of course, the selling point is its feature to have the community search anonymously for your lost Tile. Great prize or gift to give at a party.

after battery live is over, you have buy a new one - supposedly one year life and battery cannot be changed. when starting the app to look for something its also not very loud to hear e.g. if keys in the purse etc. another concern is security, if others who run the app can be reporting your device back to the net its a great idea someone finding your stuff -the odds are little somebody else has this app running all the time in order to do that. if it was a true GPS receiver (not just cell phone network) it would be worth it, obviously not for $ these things cost.

While I wish it was a little thinner, I bought this to put on my keys or in my wallet, I've used it in both and it works well. Sometimes bluetooth won't sync with it but I largely blame my phone for this. A great little gadget for people who tend to misplace their essentials constantly, like I do.

Speaker is better than it's rival. Large size of unit is a drawback. Battery cannot be replaced another problem. I have both the Tile Mate and it's rival in my family, but other that better sound I like the rival better at this time.

A few weeks ago my wife lost a key ring that had an OEM key, home and work keys on it. I wish we'd had the tile then! Now we have them on all our key rings and the main tv remote. My only issue was in linking to both mine and my wife's phones. The tile seems to want to connect to just one to ring.

I bought a single Tile and was satisfied with it. I had researched product on Best Buy and Youtube. Tracker rated well on distance and battery life (one year). I bought the 4 back as it was a better deal than singles. I also like the fact that you can get either the Thin or regular Tile.

I live in Merced CA. My daughter lives and dies by her sippy cup so I finally put a Tile on the bottom. Not once has the crowd feature ever found the cup and sometimes even feet away the Tile loses connection. I tested some of the Tiles by leaving them in cars and reporting them lost but even after 2 days of being driven around the city none were found. I left one in my kids backpack at school and on a trip to Madera CA with no great success. I have a Tile sport in my wallet and have had similar issues.
