Is a very good value and provides great network coverage. Supports GSM Phones and the Customer care team was very helpful.

The blue is pretty and the cardboard is well made. If you have trouble opening it, ask your 2 year old.

Ting turned out to be less than desirable. In my online account, I can see how I got a $30 credit as the purchase says, but it never applied it to my bill and I had to pay full price. The taxes are usual, but they have other "fees" that other mvno's I have used charge, making the deal not really that great. I cancelled the service after 2 months and feeling like they charged FAR more money than I think they should have charged.

Easy to activate and able to port it immediately even though I wasn’t planning

Never worked on two different unlocked phones, both of which I confirmed on their website as well as confirming the primary phone with Ting customer service. Cancelled within 24 hours of activation and received confirmation within that time frame that cancellation occurred. I only paid $1 and this was overpriced for what I received. Even though I never got phone service to work unless I stood next to a certain window in my house, and even though customer service involvement did not rectify any of the issues I had, Ting is still claiming I owe them for a month which I refuse to pay. Data never worked on either phone. Additionally read the fine print on the service credit which says in tiny print it doesn't start until the second month. I'd give this a zero rating if I could.
