    I tried to register it through over the phone but I realized that I have to enter my credit card number( I have Amex card) so I did it. but it just didn’t work at all!! I felt like i hust throw $5 to the street. :(

    Never worked on two different unlocked phones, both of which I confirmed on their website as well as confirming the primary phone with Ting customer service. Cancelled within 24 hours of activation and received confirmation within that time frame that cancellation occurred. I only paid $1 and this was overpriced for what I received. Even though I never got phone service to work unless I stood next to a certain window in my house, and even though customer service involvement did not rectify any of the issues I had, Ting is still claiming I owe them for a month which I refuse to pay. Data never worked on either phone. Additionally read the fine print on the service credit which says in tiny print it doesn't start until the second month. I'd give this a zero rating if I could.
