Postpaid service

This is a postpaid service and not prepaid. Eventhough I didnt have any service - no calls/text messages, I was still billed and the customer service has no clue and could not help. So buyer beware.

Stay away from troubles

Once it got approved, my phone stopped working one fine day. My account was suddenly suspended due to unknown reasons by the ting security team. When I tried calling them to understand the reason behind, they never gave me a reason and denied me of any explanation.

Pass, doesnt work in some areas

Will not activate

Have to call Ting to get it working. It says you need to get a different sim or buy a new phone when I have unlocked phone (Galaxy fold z).

I chose their flex monthly plan and i did not even go over the data or text mesages

Also you no longer get the Verizon SIM card and the T-Mobile SIM card. All you guys are T-Mobile SIM card.
