Great unit should work with WiFi would make easier to use

Love it because it's an extension to my main Tivo OTA box. I tell everyone it (main box) was the best thing I have purchased this year and I have purchased alot. Only problem it has disconnected a couple of times from the main box and I had to reset both boxes back to the WIFI. No matter what I love it.

Expensive for a tivo extension to the bedroom, thats all this really is but i wanted my wife to have it so i got it, there is no wi fi connection so i had to spend even more money to get the dongle for that then that wasnt very reliable and had to spend more money run a rj45 cable !

Purchased to extend our Tivo to bedroom. It just works great.

Couldn't be happier with this new TiVo MINI. It feels like it is a full TiVo. You can do everything on it that you can do on the base TiVo. It works so well because it ties in to a 6 tuner TiVo with a large HD. Having 6 tuners mean that there isn't a problem watching a live program because we hardly ever record more than 3 things at a time.

This extender only natively supports wired Ethernet or Mocs. had to use a cheap 802.11AC router in Media Bridge Mode to connect to my network, as I did not want to drill holes and fish Ethernet or coax cable. Resulting display is virtually the same as working natively on my TiVo, except in another room.

I bought this along with the TIVO Bolt OTA. It allows access to the Bolt OTA from my bedroom. Works as advertised. Only complaint is that it requires an ethernet connection which I did not have in the bedroom. Luckily I was able to have a line run thru the attic. Wireless would have been preferred.

Great addition if you want to add another TV to your TiVo DVR. I connected this one to my TiVo Bolt OTA DVR via our wired network & it works great. Did require a support call from TiVo for install & they stayed on the phone until I was fully up & running.

Great product. works great over MOCA which was easy to set up for a first timer. Tivo is still asleep on building a complete product as the variety of apps available is kinda pathetic. If they added some streaming services (YouTubeTV, Sling ... etc.) it could be a one device box.

The minis have no monthly service charge so they quickly pay for them selves. This connects to my bolt and works great. It has all the apps I use and is easy to use. I use it for tv, Netflix, amazon, and Plex personally. Plus it’s rf based so I mounted it behind the tv out of sight.

I bought this to upgrade from the tivo ota. I can say that I love it. The only issue I have is that sometimes the streaming apps are not recognized and you have to restart the box to get the to work. I still recommend this product.

Have this in master bedroom and main TiVo for antenna is in living room. Both areas already wired for internet. Can perform all TiVo functions from the bedroom. TiVo is working on a wireless solution and app, which will be nice for areas not wired.

This is my second TiVo Mini. As long as you have a good Network connection, these work great. You can use a wireless network expander To connect to the network, but it’s much better if you are hardwired.

While this was very difficult to set up (kept getting an error message but was advised to wait 24 hours). After several attempts, I twice shut thing down and it finally worked. Does work exactly as it should.

This is a must have if you have a Tivo with 4 to 6 tuners. Wish it had or was bundled with the wifi 5 usb adapter, but the money I saved not renting a cable box makes it worth the cost in a year or less.

Love this, works great as extension to my Tivo Bolt. Only problem is that it did not come with all parts needed to connect to home existing cable. (ie, Ethernet cable ) It did however help to reduce number of cable boxes needed

I purchase this unit to replace an older TIVO unit I have. It only works with a Premier Elite or newer, but it doesn't have a monthly fee. So not only does it save me monthly fees with TIVO, I don't need a cable card for it.
