I didn't use it until a month later and unfortunately it did not work. It didn't even get passed the setup, it just keeps rebooting on its own. BB wouldn't return it because it was passed the return policy so its more useless than a brick at this point.

This one, unfortunately, did not live up to expectations. Not great video quality. Poor user interface. Poor App integration for streaming services. And unstable.

Do not buy

I've had it for less than a month and it's unpaired at least three times and is extremely difficult to get it to pair up again. I do not recommend this product

Had to contact agent to finish set up and then to find out the product would not work the volume on my tv after speaking to another agent. Had to return and bought a Roku and I love it!

Garbage absolute garbage

It continues to reset itself in the middle of watching programs. All resets and disabling of unneeded or suspected apps were fruitless. Now I have to purchase another fire stick after wasting money on this garbage product.
