I was having difficulty trying to purchase gift cards at other places and I was needing gift cards for birthday gifts so I found just what I was looking for here at Best Buy and will be delivered before birthday…only takes one day from when I ordered

Yea inever got it stuck in richfield so u need to talk to them to get your card back file complaint againest them. Got replacement from u guys just they got your card.

Purchased three cards and only two were activated. I have attached pictures of the card four-door Dash and the error message saying that it is not valid. I was told I should contact the proper legal authorities. Since they sold me a card that was not activated and will do nothing to fix the problem I believe I would be reporting them to the proper authorities?? We have been going back and forth with emails since Christmas. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter who has an account and frequently gets these doordash gift cards so it was put in the app the proper way.

I've read enough reviews online with people having issues purchasing digital gift cards & later having issues redeeming them. So I decided to buy this as a physical card inside my local Best Buy. Gave this as a birthday gift, and the recipient had zero issues with using it both online & in an actual TJ Maxx store.
