Great gift card choice for gifting to anyone on any occasion

Bought 2 of these cards for my daughter for christmas this year, went to use them the other day at TJMaxx and was told the balance was $0 on both cards. After getting the runaround with Best Buy in-store and on the phone I was told the cards were "defective" and not activated, though I paid and my credit card was charged for them. Will absolutely never buy another gift card from Best Buy ever in the future. I can't trust them. And product says it's nonrefundable after you purchase so getting a refund has been a huge pain.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift and somehow it didn't get activated. I received an email saying this may be an issue but it wasn't sent to the email attached to my best buy account, but rather to my husband's email. The email sounded fishy so we ignored it, but when my mom went to use her gift card, guess what it had a zero balance. Very frustrating and after calling to fix the issue, they couldn't tell me why correspondence was sent to my husband at all, how am I'm suppose to order anything to surprise him now that there is a chance it'll be ruined. Overall, bad experience after ordering this item

my two came with $0 balance. Went to the store and they said they do not even offer these cards anylonger. way old. STAY AWAY. Now I have to fight to get my $100 back, doubt I will be sucessful but have to try. This is horrible..... DO NOT BUY these types of items from BEST BUY, see other reviews, I figured could not happen to me....WRIONG.... STAY AWAY!!!!!

This gift card was stolen, and Bestbuy does not respond, the postal company they use steals the gift cards...they must buy them and claim them in the store, because they are stolen and Bestbuy does not respond.

Basically I bought this gift card as a Christmas present and was extremely embarrassed when the person said they went to use it and the gift card read as no balance. There was no other solution to this other than getting a new card shipped to my address which will take 8 days.

Bought two gift cards for a gift and when recipient went to use them they were told that the cards were never activated. Very dissatisfied.

recieved 4 of these in the mail over 2 weeks and none of them could be activated correctly!

TJ Maxx card did not work. Very awful experience. How embarrassing.

I purchased this giftcard when there is a 10$ promotion going on. So its worth the price.

I am highly upset , don’t ever purchase a gift card online for a different store. Ordered this card online went to the store to purchase items at tjmaxx , the card doesn’t work. Not activated. So i had to spend hours on the phone between tjmaxx and Best Buy . End of the story Best Buy customer service was no help and i lost out on $50 dollars.
