It's a spiky shell plushie, and it's fantastic and well crafted. Buy it, so you can be reminded of being in first place on Mario Kart and getting slapped by this bad boy.

As soon as I got it, I tossed it to my sister, and then my nephew and nice started playing around with it, tossing it at each other while running around laughing and screaming thru out the whole house. Best purchase ever made, don’t regret buying it a single bit. Would recommend 10/10.
