excellent remaster of the original. Aside from being UHD, this copy is just so much more natural of a picture than the Blu-ray versions. Also it has Dolby Atmos soundtrack which is the actual reason I bought the movie for the 4th time.

Every 1980s film with a Kenny Loggins song on the soundtrack is an instant classic and this is no exception. Top Gun is so gloriously cheesy at times that you can't help but love it, from the shirtless volleyball games to the deep philosophical discussions in the locker room.

Being a fan of the original lovie I had to know if the 4K version was a good bonus. Thankfully it does deliver in both video and sound. This is the best you will find.

The 3D version of Top Gun is a must for everyone who has a 3D TV. I have a large collection of great 3D films and this one is a keeper. The visuals in 2D were spectacular. Well viewing them in 3D adds so much more excitement.

If you love the movie and you're picky about your video quality, this is a worthwhile upgrade for your library. It was a no brainer to pick up when it went on sale, but I would not have been disappointed had I paid full price.

This is a fantastic throwback movie with a soundtrack that should help get your mindset back to when it was originally released. Good story, good locations and a great reason to sit on couch and recapture some youth.

I figured this would be a good movie, even with all the hype promotion. We don't go to theaters anymore, so we wait until movies come out on disk (bluray or 4k).

Outstanding movie the new Top Gun Maverick. Top Gun was alright but this one is really close to real life. Was in US Navy and this is about as close as it gets.

A fantastic action-packed story starring Tom Cruise that goes into what it takes to be in the Top Gun! There are laughs, tears, and moments that make you go woah!

Another great Tom Cruise movie. Can't wait to see the upcoming sequel. I also can't wait to see the 4K version once I get my 4K Blu-ray player for Christmas, although watching the 2K disk was pretty awesome. And no CGI!

Bought it to introduce this classic to my son. I watched the movie countless times when it first came out in the theater and then at home on video. To have the upgrade of Blu-Ray and also 3D is incredible! The movie is a real winner and seems as relevant today as it was 30 years ago.

Absolutely love the stealbook, and the picture quality was amazing as well. Definitely for the price i picked it up at (18) its a steal. And only a couple dollars more then the regular plastic case version.

The 4K Ultra HD version of Top Gun finally does justice to the original movie. In addition to the picture quality, the surround sound in this version is amazing.

This was so worth watching! It was an excellent movie that captured my attention from the beginning! I love stories that make you want to keep watching and waiting to see what happens next! I highly recommend seeing this!

The case is durable and looks very nice. I enjoyed having the dual pictures inside that shows a carrier landing! If you have liked this classic already then you will love the upgraded visuals and sound!

Movie would be great for recruitment. The plane flights came off much better looking with this superior transfer. And the cruiser just sailing with the sun as background is now more impressive with transfer

The best Tom Cruise movie. The storyline and action makes Tom's acting livable. Supporting characters are outstanding as well as the Naval aircraft.

It's Top Gun. Need I say more? I think I will end up buying this movie in each media format as it comes out. Had it in DVD, now with this set I got Blu-ray and streaming online with VUDU. Probably 4k in the near future. EIther way, great movie, great, format.

Top Gun is one of the most iconic classics from the '80s, and the 4K UHD edition of this film is perfection. Thanks to Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, Top Gun has never looked or sounded this amazing. This is a must-have for any fan!
