Great quality...this movie was ahead of its time and watching it in 4K HD feels like watching a present day movie.

This is a decent transfer of a classic movie that I first saw in SD, now in 4K! Digital copy to boot! excellent price for a classic..

This movie is a very good movie and a great addition to my 4K movie collection.

Classic film made better by quality upscaling job. Also love the Dolby Vision and Atmos, which is what drove my purchase.

It's a classic. If you are looking for character development and depth, this isn't your kind of movie. However, if you like action and want to be entertained, you'll enjoy it. This wasn't a huge budget movie even during it's time, so the plot does feel a little cheesy and the editing is a little rough, but the characters are fun and the flight sequence still hold up really well. The 80's soundtrack is what it is -- equal parts cheesy and fun. It's a definite upgrade from the old DVD, but doesn't appear to be a remaster. The colors are somewhat muted, there is a fair bit of grain throughout, and the detail level bounces around a bit. The audio is pretty darn good for a film from the 80's. Unless you hate Tom Cruise, you'll enjoy it... I did.

I have the original version but now with this Top Gun 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Version, will enjoy over and over!

The movie of course is a classic. Only bought this version because its a Steelbook. Same transfer as before so nothing has changed. Digital HD works with both iTunes and UV.

I have always loved this movie. It was one of my favorites as a kid. And the packaging is spectacular! Definitely worth the purchase!
