I mean it is Top Gun. An iconic movie and looks even better on 4K. Iceman is the best pilot. We all know it.

I've been a fan of this movie since I was a child, I've owned the DVD, Blu-ray, 3D Blu-ray, and now the 4k UHD Blu-ray. They did remove some grain but enough is there to retain the feel, the expanded color and high dynamic range is excellent. Overall it's a feast for your eyes but what about your ears? The ATMOS track is superb for a movie this old, the expanded sound stage and the use of transition of sound from above you is thrilling, like when the jets are flying all around the transition of sound as the planes pass over, pass by, or move from base speakers to overhead speakers is incredible. As I said the ATMOS track alone is reason enough to buy this movie. I highly recommend this be on your purchase list.

Classic, but havent watched this dvd yet. Hopefully they've remastered the quality.

Loved this movie almost as good as the 1st one. Wish they would have brought Charlie back and Gooses wife.

I already have the physical copy. Why not have the digital too. It is work the buy to be able to watch on all my devices.

Great gift if you know anyone who is a super fan who would love a copy. Perfect for dad and grandpa too who love flying.

Good movie, i enjoyed the scenes when Tom rubbed Val down with baby oil.

Once i found out there is a 3d version, you know i had to get it. Hands down best/favorite film of all time for me.

I purchased this movie originally in VHS @ Best Buy in Denver. I then bought it in it's first DVD. I now have the Blu-Ray edition which I will treasure with the other ones. I was surprised to find it.

Classic movie. Good transfer. Decent visuals and audio upgrade. A classic to keep in your collection.
