I first got this movie in 86 when it came out for demoing my surroynd sound. The new 4k dolby atmos didn't disappoint. Had very good use of armos effects. Reason for a 3 I thought the 3k could have been better grainy in some spots.

Looks great and amazing movie. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who doesn’t own it.

The classic in 4K...excellent collectors film. Great video along with great sound makes for great viewing.

This movie is a great tribute to the original series. If anyone ants to get younger generations hooked on Star Trek then this movie is a bridge to do lead them there and have their own movies on from their generation. Faithful yet different for new excitements and adventures so it wouldn't be redundent.

I did not like the movie the first time I saw it decades ago but, now, it's like a totally different movie, especially with the 4K transfer. An iconic Tom Cruise film. We still remember you, Tony Scott. Rest in peace.

I got this in 4K expecting better resolution over the regular Blu-Ray. I have a top end 4K tv & player but this didn’t seem better than when I watched it in 1080P. I was hoping for better video with 4K.
