Having a love of aircraft, I enjoy watching this movie every time. I specifically purchased the 3D version and found that the effects were not great by today's standards, but reasonably good.

Top gun in 4k!!! There's not much more to say! One of the best movies of all time

Classic. Bought this alongside a few other items and I actually have gotten around Top Gun more.

Found it easily and was the last one on the shelf. There were no scratches or dents which I always look for with steelbooks.

A must own classic, can't wait for the sequel. Took long enough to make but at least it's finally being made and stull in San Diego.

Watching this in 4K is great. The quality is top notch and the sound will shake your house. Honestly worth it for the sound alone.

Worth getting the Bluray just for the quality of sound in Atmos of the fabulous sound track of Top Gun. Good video quality too.

Great movie! I have the original standard definition and this 4K one is incredible compared to the original.

Nice to see another older movie brought up to speed with 4k. And of course i had to have it for my collection. Very pleased

Technical difficulties aside (my disc froze at about the one hour mark), Paramounts presentation was solid. Grain is visible during the aerial sequences but overall its never looked so good. The audio is also solid especially during the dog fights. Recommended!!

Great action and story line I have seen this when it came out but not in 3D it made the movie even more intense highly recomended

I cannot say enough, having a blue ray version of this with much clearer surround sound gives this movie the street cred it deserves. Upgrade your old version today!

This movie never gets old. Top Gun blue Ray rendition is crisp and clear with a killer audio track. Fulfills ‘a need for speed’!

Looks good, but not great on 4K. Could've had a better restoration, but just seems that it was scanned in 4K. Looks good nonetheless. Would recommend based on price point (if it's cheap)

i have been wanting to get this in blu ray but i was waiting for it to go on sale. it was only 9.99 and i got a free movie ticket to the new Hercules...awesome..like getting the movie for 2.00
