    How can you go wrong with Top Gun. This was a great opportunity to buy this classic movie at a reasonable price with an included digital copy.

    Great movie. Believable story line, especially in light of the age gap between this movie and the original. Kept enough of the old movie feel in this one.

  • Not worth the upgrade from Blu-Ray at Retail Price

    Not worth the full price. Even Dolby Vision only makes this version only marginally better than the Blu-Ray. In the 80's this movie on VHS Stereo was the marque they measured AV Stereo systems with. Today, even Dolby Atmos cannot help the old tech. It does sound better than the Blu-Ray for overall sound, but for enveloping sound of today's Dolby Atmos, it is just not there. I did find the movie worth the upgrade from Blu-Ray for the Black Friday sale price though.

    I highly recommend this movie. For the fans of this movie, watching in 3D adds new excitement. Plus, digital copy for media players is a nice bonus.
