I really enjoyed this movie. Not sure how realistic it was. This was a Star Wars story. Aside from that I had fun with it. A couple of surprises.

The wife and I with another couple watched this last night. What a truly entertaining movie to the point that I would gladly go down to the theater room right now and through it in. The same friends watched the original Top Gun 4K last weekend and they were blown away by the improvement in both picture and audio quality of TGM. I realize that there are some of the opinion that the references to the original were somewhat cheezie yet I lost track of the number of times in which I laughed out loud due to the connection to the 1st installment. I'm hard pressed to recall a recent film in which I had so much fun and enjoyment watching. Not to drag out the over head sound stage usage yet my only comment is that the Atmos track blended so well with the bed layer that the whole audible experience and thereby the whole movie was elevated (my $.02).

The movie itself is great. You know that already, and most likely have already seen it in theaters. Finally a 4k UHD Blu-ray done right. Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision are fully utilized on this disc. The soundtrack was amazing and the video quality what you would expect from something labeled 4k. The only knock is that this package does not come with the regular Blu-ray disc. I normally give the regular Blu-ray disc to a family member or friend as a gift. I suppose most studios will eventually stop putting the regular Blu-ray disc in with future packages.

One of those rare great sequels. Does retread some of the first movie but does many things better. Getting to watch it at home in spectacular detail.

This sequel is as good as the First TOP GUN released.

This movie is the definition of a crowd pleaser. Rewatchable over and over. Note that it does Not include a blu ray disc as these 4k packs often do.

Great 4K disk, sound is awesome. I'm getting tired of Mr. Cruise though, the story checked off all the appropriate boxes and is enjoyable.

If you liked the first top Gun your gonna love this sequel. Kept all the fundamentals of the first movie that made it great

Story line ok, not as good as original Top Gun. Action at the movie's end makes the movie worth watching.

I seen this amazing movie on the big screen, IMAX and told myself it’s a day one on 4K. But, I was slightly worried that watching this film on the smaller screen with those amazing cockpit shots would decrease or not feel as grand. Thank GOD I was wrong because even on my LG CX 65 inch it looks amazing and the tension, especially during the mission, still makes me clinch my fist and get my heart pumping. Best movie of 2022 and an absolute must own on 4K
